Customer Service Here at W Carey Motor Engineers, we endeavour to effectively complete your service and repair requirements in accordance with our Customer Pledge, within the agreed upon timeframe and at the cost that we quoted when you booked your vehicle.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Customer Complaints If you are not satisfied with the service that you have received and wish to make a complaint, please contact our Richie Carey, our Workshop Manager

You may discuss your complaint in person or in writing, whichever you prefer. We will take every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint as swiftly as possible.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 HOURS and endeavour to satisfactorily resolve your complaint/concerns within 14 DAYS.

In the event that we are not able to resolve your problem, we offer independent conciliation and arbitration services via the Unipart Car Care Centre Arbitration Service (Operated by the Motor Industry Code of Practice) which shall be made available to you for a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the complaint.
